   lol, just do the tutorials on "easiest" and see how it works. turn on your speakers coz in the tutorials the help is with speech and text too *:P*
   and play it for a while on "easiest" till you get the hang of it and want to go up a level on difficulty

   they're both strategy games, but i honestly don't have a favorite... i play age of empires till i'm sick of it and then switch to age of mythology till i'm sick of that (happens way faster than you may think), and then start over.......
   
   aoe is cool coz if you play the medium difficulty you actually hafta think 3 steps ahead........and i'm not even thinking about telling you how the hardest level is....*sniff*
   
   and aom is cool (IMO) coz i like mythology and all the quests and missions, and yada yada... are mythology related . The two differ very little though *grin*
   
   try it, maybe you'll like it after you get the hang of it :D
   
   i recommend aoe III....... it's way cooler than the previous one, you can even built railroads and set up trading points for extra resoureces, or game points.
